#ProjectFreeAgency Med's NBA Roster - July 6 Update

Here is the sixth day of #ProjectFreeAgency. Dwyane Wade goes to Chicago! A total of 9 transactions have been made today, along with a few ratings updates.

July 6 (Day 6) Free Agency

Dwyane Wade signs with the Chicago Bulls after feeling disrespected by the amount of money Miami has been offering him! This signing causes two trades to clear cap space, trading away Mike Dunleavy Jr. to Cleveland and Jose Calderon to the Lakers. Brian Roberts has been signed by the Charlotte Hornets and we add the Mindaugas Kuzminskas transactions from yesterday to the roster. Langston Galloway has also been signed by the New Orleans Pelicans, and Nene joins the Houston Rockets. Former Golden State Warriors Leandro Barbosa return to the Phoenix Suns and Brandon Rush sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves to make cap space for the Kevin Durant signing.

Rumors such as Ray Allen returning to the NBA as a member of the Golden State Warriors are not official so far, and we only include official transactions in the roster updates.

If you weren't able to download the July 1 update that was released the before, there was a Follow Up Pack required for it that you're going to need to download if you haven't already. You can always check it out here. If you've already downloaded the July 1 Follow Up Pack from the previous update, you're only required to download the Appdata Files for the July 6 update.

We would like to remind everyone of the notes from the initial v4.0 update. The contracts are not updated, we are waiting for the contracts to be finalized for us to adjust to the in-game salary cap since salary caps cannot be modified in NBA 2K14. The second round NBA Draft rookies do not have guaranteed contracts in the NBA yet so we did not include them in any of the rosters yet until probably close to Opening Day for the NBA. If some signings were not added yet to the update, it most likely means that the missing signing is part of the update for the next day (in this case, July 7). The update is called July 6 update due to the fact that the sixth day of Free Agency in the USA was July 6. NLSC is now back up and running so the NLSC mirror now works.
